Refund policy

1. Scope of Application

1.1 This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to the services purchased on www.lexpertweb.com.
1.2 All our services are intangible and delivered digitally (via video call, email, or online portal).


2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 You may request a refund within 21 days following the end of the consultation if you believe we have not met the objectives outlined in the purchased service package.
2.2 A refund request will be approved only if:

  • The service has not yet started, or

  • We are unable to deliver the service as described.

2.3 Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service has been completed or partially delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction results from a change of mind after work has begun.

  • You fail to provide necessary information or cooperation to complete the service.


3. Refund Process

3.1 To request a refund, contact us at contact@lexpertweb.com or ltd.enzosolutions@gmail.com :

  • Your order number

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for your request

3.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued via the original payment method. It may take up to 4 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.


4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 As services are digital and personalized, there is no legal right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
4.2 By purchasing, you agree that the service may start immediately, waiving your withdrawal rights.


5. Disputes

5.1 Before initiating a chargeback or legal action, you must contact us to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

 

5. European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
